The Shri Wellness Women’s Retreat was exactly what I’ve been looking for! The workshop was educational, spiritual and empowering. I’ve been intrigued by ayurvedic eating for a while, but have been mostly focused on my hormone journey. This workshop showed me how I can use Ayruveda to help heal and reset my body as I detox from hormonal birth control. Akacia & Madison’s depth of knowledge is truly incredible, and the information they shared gave me the confidence that I can make little tweaks and see big results in both my digestive health and mood. Madison guided us through yoga and meditation which was the perfect way to start the day. The retreat included a cooking class and we all shared a meal together and swapped stories. It was so nice connecting with like-minded women from all different backgrounds. I left feeling empowered and grateful. I can’t wait for the next one!

I had been working with Madison learning how to implement Ayurvedic practices and lifestyle changes when I found out about the Women’s Wellness Retreat her and Akacia were offering. I signed myself up right away and I am so glad I did. The day was restorative, empowering, inspiring, the list goes on and on. I was able to connect with like-minded women through practicing yoga, meditating, cooking together, and by the end of the day we had created community and connection in a safe space. The Ayurvedic teachings done by Akacia and Madison truly have helped me to shift my perspective on being a woman and all the challenges we as women face in a way that felt empowering and freeing. I have cultivated more awareness of my own body, my cycle and its relation to the lunar cycle, my emotions and food as medicine. I highly recommend this retreat with these amazing women if you are seeking to deepen your connection with yourself!
