Simple Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop

Some say that you are what you eat. In Ayurveda, we understand that you are what you digest.

In this workshop, learn a few key Ayurvedic principles on preparing easy-to-digest foods appropriate for the season. Practice the new skills and prepare a meal that is delicious and full of nutrition. The cherry on-top is enjoying the beautiful creation!

Enjoy a spring inspired meal that increases digestion, wakes the mind and clears congestion.

PLEASE NOTE — This event will happen from the comfort of your own home. You will be provided with a grocery list and recipes in advance and you’ll be guided to prepare the meal.
